The skin you're in reflects your internal environment. Your skin is your body's largest organ and the first line of defense regarding your immune system. You can easily identify an issue with your gut by looking at your skin. Many people are dealing with and/or have dealt with skin-related issues like Eczema and Psoriasis, and in most cases, they're given advice on how to treat the issue. In this case, we'll explain how to eliminate the issue and some of the main root causes of them.
So What Is Eczema?
In short, Eczema is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that causes overly dry skin, scaly sites, red patches, and itchiness on the body.
It is said that people who suffer from Eczema tend to have an immune system that overreacts to certain substances, leading to symptoms.
Many people with Eczema have experienced gene mutation, thus enabling their skin's ability to maintain a healthy barrier with the external environment.
What CAUSES Eczema?
A pathogen, usually EBV, has developed in the liver and is feeding off high levels of copper and mercury, which are TOXIC heavy metals. Other toxins, old DDT, and other pesticides, which are high in copper, are also in the liver.
When the virus feeds off these toxins, it releases a potent dermatoxin which causes inflammation. Inflammation is your body's immune system responding to an irritant. So that dermatoxin floats up to the skin, causing rashes, itching, cracking, flaking, and irritation.
THE BIGGER ISSUE HERE IS...
In a healthy environment, Ideally, the liver would filter out these dermatoxins, and the intestinal tract and kidneys would send them out of the body. However, when pathogens like EBV are overloading the liver and the rest of your body, normal detox processes get interrupted. These toxins try to find another exit out of the body through your skin.
THE MORE UNHEALTHY THE LIVER IS, THE WORSE THE ECZEMA & PSORIASIS IS!
WHICH ALSO MEANS...
If you don't take care of the issues with your liver, then more dermatoxins will continue to escape!
The MOST Common MISCONCEPTIONS
AUTOIMMUNE - Eczema is NOT an autoimmune condition! The body does NOT attack itself! The cause of Eczema and Psoriasis are the pathogens and invaders described above (toxins, viruses, bad bacteria) and an unhealthy, overburdened, stagnant, and sluggish liver. Your own body NEVER causes this condition!
GENETICS - This is NOT due to genes! Instead, it's because of the same viruses, toxins, and other poisons being passed down from one generation to the next. Family members can also have similar toxin and viral exposure, lifestyle choices, and other factors after birth that can lead to people in the same family eventually experiencing the same symptom.
THERE IS NO CURE FOR ECZEMA - There is a cure for nearly EVERYTHING! This is one of them.

The picture above was taken from National Eczema Association (NEA Link Here). The NEA states, "Emotional stress can also trigger an eczema flare-up, but it's not exactly known why." We'll explain why below.
HERE'S WHY STRESS CAN TRIGGER A FLARE-UP:
Stress, whether big or small, causes a physiological reaction in the body. During ANY physiological response, stress hormones, like cortisol, are released into the bloodstream. When released in large amounts, cortisol suppresses the immune system while increasing inflammation throughout the body. This increase in inflammation extends to the eczema symptoms.
