Easy Irish Moss Recipe

Considering doing a sea moss fast or looking for a way to consume your sea moss daily? Make yourself an Irish Moss and enjoy it in the mornings and throughout the day! It's creamy and super delicious.

INGREDIENTS:


Sea Moss Gel (1 Tbsp)

Walnuts (1/4 cup)

Non-Dairy Milk (Soy Free) (1 cup)

Agave or Coconut Nectar (1/4 cup)

Nutmeg (1 tsp)

Cinnamon (1 tsp)

Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp)

Spring Water (1-2 cups) Depending on how thick or thin you want your drink.


INSTRUCTIONS:


Blend all your ingredients on high speed for about 3 minutes. Enjoy your Irish Moss!!

Sweeten your drink to your liking and feel free to add more or less water and/or agave.
